Longrow is fully floor-malted and heavily peated in the old Islay tradition, giving it a smokier, more intense profile than the medium-peated Springbank itself. Expect intense peat smoke and toasted oak on the nose, with sweet honey, toffee, and salty brine underneath. The palate is rich and smoky, layered with leather, caramel, dried fruit, and light spice, finishing long with lingering peat, oak, dried fruit, and anise.
