Mission Cocktails Mai Tai 375 ml

Mission Cocktails Mai Tai is a bottled take on the tiki standard, the rum, orgeat, orange liqueur and lime build that Trader Vic put on the map, batched at 375ml so you are not measuring almond syrup at home. Orgeat is the ingredient most people skip, and having it already in the bottle is most of the point. The nose is toasted almond and orange peel with lime behind. The palate carries rum sweetness against that nutty core with citrus cutting through, and the finish is rounded and lightly tropical. Shake with crushed ice, pour unstrained, and finish with a mint sprig and a spent lime shell.
