Neeto Bitters & Liqueurs Bangkok 200ml

Neeto Bangkok is a flavoured cocktail bitters in a 200ml bottle, taking its cues from Southeast Asian aromatics rather than the usual bark-and-clove template. Bitters are concentrated by design, made by steeping botanicals in high-proof spirit until a few dashes can redirect a whole drink, and this one aims that concentration at lemongrass, lime leaf and ginger. The nose is bright and green with ginger warmth behind it. The palate carries citrus and galangal over a bitterness with a faint chilli tinge, and the finish is dry and aromatic. Dash it into a gin and tonic, a daiquiri, or a tequila highball with soda and lime.
