Number Juan Reposado is a 100% blue agave tequila made in Jalisco, Mexico, and rested for eight months in American oak barrels after distillation. That short oak stint softens the raw agave character without erasing it, landing this reposado between a blanco's brightness and an añejo's depth. Expect a nose of cooked agave and vanilla, a palate carrying oak, caramel and a lingering pepper note, and a smooth, warm finish.
