This is Outlaw Distillery's Wanted Collection white rum in a PET bottle — the same unaged Utah-made rum, packed in shatter-resistant plastic for the boat, the pool deck and anywhere glass is a bad idea. Without barrel time the distillate does all the talking: sugarcane and light banana on the nose, then vanilla, coconut and a green grassy note across the palate, finishing short and crisp.
