That GSM-plus blend leans into ripe blackberry, plum, and baking spice on the nose, with dark cherry, blackberry, and a hint of white pepper carrying through a smooth, velvety palate. The finish is long and lingering rather than sharply tannic, which is typical of Rhone blends built for drinkability over decades of cellar aging. It's a red designed to be poured, not saved.
