About this bottle

Pisco Aba is a Peruvian pisco made from a blend of Muscat and Torontel, two aromatic grape varieties, produced in Peru's pisco-growing valleys. Like all authentic Peruvian pisco, it's distilled in copper pot stills and never aged in wood — Peruvian regulation requires it rest only in glass or stainless steel, keeping the spirit clear and letting the grape character come through unfiltered. Because both grapes in the blend are aromatic, expect a notably floral, perfumed pisco: orange blossom and honeysuckle on the nose, with dried fruit, spice, and a rounded sweetness on the palate. This bottle suits drinkers who want an aromatic-forward pisco rather than the earthier, more traditional Quebranta style.

How to drink Pisco Aba

Sip it neat to let the Muscat and Torontel florals show, or use it in a Chilcano with ginger ale and lime for something lighter than a Pisco Sour. Either serve lets the aromatics come through.
