Plantation Rum Isle of Fiji Double Barrel Rum 750 ml

This rum is a blend of two different rums from the Fiji Islands. The first is a pot-still rum made from molasses and aged in American oak barrels for up to five years. The second is a column-still rum made from sugar cane juice and aged in French oak barrels for up to three years. The two rums are then blended together and aged for an additional two years in American oak barrels. The result is a smooth, complex rum with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak.
