Rabbit Hole Boxergrail Rye Founder's Collection is a limited-edition, small-batch rye whiskey from Rabbit Hole Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. This whiskey is made from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, and is aged for at least two years in new, charred American oak barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, baking spices, and oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with notes of toasted nuts, baking spices, and a hint of pepper. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of sweetness. This whiskey is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
