About this bottle
Selvarey White is a white rum from Panama, blended from rums aged up to eight years in American oak before being charcoal filtered to strip out the color and much of the oak character. What's left is a clean, smooth spirit with light notes of vanilla, caramel and a touch of spice carried over from the aging, rather than the sharper edge of an unaged white rum. The finish is soft and short. It's a fit for drinkers who want a white rum with more depth than a typical mixing rum.
