Shui Jing Fang 375ml

Shui Jing Fang is a Chinese baijiu, a strong-aroma (nongxiangxing) sorghum-based spirit from Sichuan Province and one of China's most recognized baijiu brands, majority-owned by Diageo. It's fermented in centuries-old mud pits said to contribute to its aromatic complexity. Expect a pungent, fermented-fruit and floral nose, a palate that's intensely aromatic with notes of pineapple, banana and grain, and a long, warming finish quite distinct from Western spirits. How to drink Shui Jing Fang
