About this bottle
Singani is Bolivia's national spirit, a clear brandy distilled from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown at high altitude in the Andes, and Singani 63 is the brand that introduced it to American drinkers, founded by filmmaker Steven Soderbergh after he encountered the spirit while shooting a film in Bolivia. It's produced by Casa Real in Tarija using traditional copper alembic stills, distilled twice and bottled unaged, which keeps the grape's natural floral character intact rather than adding barrel-driven vanilla or oak. Expect a light, aromatic spirit closer in spirit to pisco than to a typical aged brandy — clean, slightly sweet, and genuinely distinctive on the American shelf.
How to drink Singani 63
Try it in a Yacuiba Sour, the brand's signature Whiskey Sour riff, or simply mixed with ginger ale and lime. Neat or on the rocks also works if you want to taste the muscat character directly.

It's distilled from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown at high altitude in Bolivia, and unlike cognac or other brandies, it's bottled unaged, straight and clear.
What cocktails work well with Singani 63?
It's often used in place of pisco or a light brandy in a Sour-style cocktail, or in Bolivia's national cocktail, the Chuflay, built with ginger ale.
