Stanza's Espadin Joven is a 100% agave mezcal produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, distilled by hand in copper stills from mature espadin agave. Unaged and released straight off the still, it carries mezcal's signature smoke up front, backed by cooked agave sweetness, mineral earth, and a light citrus lift. The palate is soft rather than aggressive, finishing clean with a gentle smoky trail. As a joven, it shows the spirit's character without any oak influence, making it a clear read on the region and the agave itself.
