The Bad Stuff Reserva Especial Extra Añejo is aged three years in American oak barrels, at the minimum threshold Mexican regulation requires for the extra añejo classification — the longest-aged of the standard tequila categories. That extended aging pushes the spirit further from raw agave and closer to a whiskey-like profile, with oak, vanilla, and dried fruit dominating over the vegetal cooked-agave character found in blanco or reposado. Made from 100% blue agave and bottled in a hand-blown glass bottle with a cork stopper. It suits tequila drinkers who want the category's most whiskey-adjacent, sipping-focused expression.
