About this bottle
Ki No Tea is a Japanese gin from The Kyoto Distillery, built on the same base as their Ki No Bi line but redirected around tea instead of the usual citrus-forward profile. Along with juniper, orris root, and yuzu, the gin is distilled with gyokuro and tencha — two prized green teas grown in Kyoto's Uji region — developed in collaboration with the tea house Hori-Shichimeien. Bottled at 45.1% ABV, it opens with grassy, umami-rich tea aroma before juniper and citrus settle in underneath, finishing dry with a lingering green-tea sweetness. Best suited to gin drinkers who already reach for the more botanically adventurous end of the category.
How to drink Ki No Tea
