The label dates to the 1980s, when Very Olde St Nick bottlings shipped almost entirely to Japan; today Marci Palatella's farm distillery blends well-aged sourced whiskey with its own pot-still bourbon a few barrels at a time, with no water added before bottling. Proof varies with each release, and every bottle carries its own number.
