The Hive is a single malt Scotch whisky from Wemyss Malts. It is a blended malt whisky, made from a combination of single malts from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay. The whisky is aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, giving it a rich and complex flavour profile. On the nose, The Hive has notes of honey, toffee, dried fruits and spices. On the palate, it is sweet and creamy, with notes of honey, toffee, dried fruits and spices. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of smoke.
