Wignac Cidre Rose Bio 300 ml

Wignac Cidre Rosé Bio is an organic French cider from the Ardennes with a pink cast that comes from apples whose flesh and skins carry colour, not from anything added afterwards. It is dry rather than sweet, which is the house habit, and lightly sparkling throughout. The nose brings crushed red apple, strawberry and a floral lift; the palate is crisp and dry with red fruit, apple skin and a fine, prickly mousse; the finish is short, tart and clean. Serve it properly cold, in a wine glass rather than a flute, alongside charcuterie, a summer salad, or on its own in the afternoon.
