About this bottle
Xicaru Silver Joven Maguey is a mezcal made from 100% Espadin agave. It is produced in the small village of San Baltazar Guelavila, Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is cooked in a traditional stone oven and then double distilled in copper stills. The result is a smooth and smoky mezcal with notes of citrus, pepper, and earth. Xicaru Silver Joven Maguey works well neat or in cocktails.
