Yéyo Día de los Muertos Sol Volume II is the sun half of the brand's second Day of the Dead pair, a hand-decorated bottle of Jalisco tequila made in the joven style. Joven blends unaged blanco with a small proportion of rested tequila, keeping the bright agave character up front while smoothing out the texture behind it. The nose opens on cooked agave, orange zest and a light pepper note; the palate is clean and gently sweet, with vanilla, lime and green herbs; the finish is short, warm and peppery. Sip it neat from a copita, or shake it into a margarita with fresh lime.
