Zignum Mezcal Joven Silver is a premium mezcal made from 100% Espadin agave. It is produced in the small village of San Baltazar Guelavila, Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is cooked in traditional stone ovens and then double distilled in copper stills. The result is a smooth, smoky, and slightly sweet mezcal with notes of citrus, herbs, and spices.
