El Jimador Añejo is a 100% agave tequila from El Jimador, aged over a year in American oak barrels, produced by the same distillery behind Herradura. Expect caramel, vanilla and oak spice layered over the cooked-agave base, with a smoother, rounder profile than El Jimador's blanco or reposado expressions. It's one of the more widely available and affordably priced 100% agave añejo tequilas on the market, positioned as an accessible sipping option.
