This whiskey is made from a blend of four-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey and is bottled at a proof of 118.9. The whiskey is aged in new, charred American oak barrels and is finished in a combination of sherry and port casks. The whiskey is bottled in a 750 ml bottle and is limited to only 1,000 bottles. This whiskey is a collaboration between Pinhook and renowned beer and spirits expert, Garrett Oliver. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of toasted oak, caramel, and baking spices.
