Weller Special Reserve is the front door to Buffalo Trace's wheated bourbon lineup, built on the same wheated recipe family as Pappy Van Winkle. Wheat takes the place of rye in the grain bill, which is why this 90-proof Kentucky straight bourbon drinks so gently: caramel on the nose, honey and butterscotch through the middle, and a soft honeysuckle finish. The name honors William Larue Weller, the nineteenth-century distiller credited with first selling wheated bourbon. Green-label Special Reserve carries an everyday price but rarely sits on shelves long - an allocation staple. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
- Email us a picture at Support@liquorverse.com and we will make sure to send you a replacement bottle ASAP!
What do I do if a courier does not deliver my package?
- On rare occasions couriers will mishandle your package and deem it damaged before it arrives and send it back to our warehouse. If this happens to you, please send us an email at support@liquorverse.com. We will send you a new bottle!
