Bombay Sapphire is a London Dry gin built on ten botanicals vapor-infused in a Carter-Head still — a gentler method that draws out aromatics without the heavier bite of boiling the botanicals in the spirit. Juniper leads, as it should, but there's real lift around it: citrus peel, coriander, almond, orris, and a whisper of grains-of-paradise pepper on the back end. It stays bright and clean rather than pine-heavy, which is exactly why it mixes so reliably.
