Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin 700 ml

Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin is a dry gin made in Wales and bottled in the 700ml European format. Welsh distilling is a young scene, and this sits in the modern camp: juniper still leads, but the supporting botanicals are given more room than a strict London dry would allow. The nose is fresh and green, with juniper, citrus peel and a herbal note behind. The palate is clean and dry, pine and coriander at the core with a soft floral sweetness and light pepper. The finish is crisp and cooling. Serve it in a gin and tonic with a slice of grapefruit, or stir it into a martini.
