Cierto Reposado is a reposado tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco Highlands and rested in oak long enough to round its edges without burying the agave. It pours pale gold and drinks soft: cooked agave and honey up front, vanilla and light baking spice through the middle, and a clean finish with just a whisper of oak.
