Old Carter Bourbon (Batch #10) is a limited-edition bourbon whiskey produced by the Old Carter Distillery in Kentucky. It is made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley and aged for at least four years in new, charred oak barrels. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of caramel, oak, and spice. On the palate, it is smooth and sweet with notes of vanilla, toffee, and oak. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of spice. This bourbon is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
