Rock Hill Farms is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon produced by Buffalo Trace, part of the same family of single barrel releases as Blanton's, Elmer T. Lee and Hancock's Reserve, bottled at a firm 100 proof without an age statement. As a single barrel bottling, each release varies slightly from barrel to barrel, though the house style stays consistent. Expect caramel, vanilla and toasted oak on the nose, a rich, full-bodied palate with baking spice, and a warm, moderately long finish.
