Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial Rosé Demi-Sec is the sweeter, fuller sibling in the house's rosé range, blended with a larger share of Pinot Noir and Meunier and finished with a demi-sec dosage that gives it noticeably more body than a brut. That extra weight is what lets it stand up to spice, dessert and a room full of noise. Raspberry, wild strawberry and candied citrus lead the nose. Ripe red fruit and mango follow on a rounded palate, and the finish is long and juicy without turning cloying. Serve it well chilled, over ice if you like, alongside fruit desserts or anything with chilli heat.
