About this bottle
Equiano Dark is a dark rum made from a blend of rums from Barbados, Jamaica, and Trinidad. It is aged for up to 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels and is bottled at 40% ABV. The rum has a deep mahogany color and a complex aroma of dried fruits, toasted oak, and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and sweet with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of spice.
