About this bottle
Novo Fogo Bar Strength Silver Cachaça is a higher-proof version of Novo Fogo's silver cachaça, bottled specifically for bartenders who want more concentration to stand up in a cocktail. Made from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice in the traditional Brazilian style rather than molasses, it carries the grassy, vegetal character that defines cachaça, just with more punch behind it. Expect bright sugarcane and green, herbal notes on the nose, a bold, slightly funky palate, and a clean finish. It's built to make a Caipirinha that doesn't get diluted by ice as quickly.
How to drink Novo Fogo Bar Strength
Use it in a Caipirinha — the higher proof was designed specifically to hold up against the ice and muddled lime in that drink.
