My Favorite Scotch

Highland Park 18 year is my favorite single malt Scotch. The nose to me is somewhat Sherry-like with fruity notes of plums, raisins, apricots and peaches with perhaps a hint of lavender and a touch of smoke. The taste has some brambly fruit with hints of sherry and just a little smokiness. The finish is long, smooth, and gentle. Just wonderful!
