How to drink Aquilini Red Mountain Family Blend
Decant it for 30 minutes before serving to let the five-varietal blend open fully, and pour at 60-65°F alongside red meat or a hard cheese board. It's also worth cellaring five to ten years if you want the tannins to soften further.
