About this bottle
Doc Swinson's Garryana is a bourbon with a mash bill of mostly corn and a generous addition of rye and some oats. Each barrel is aged at least eight years in a mix of oak barrels with moderate char. The name refers to the Garry Oak tree, a rare species unique to the Pacific Northwest. Each bottle is handcrafted in small batches and bottled on site in Vancouver, WA, with a rich amber hue and robust flavor.
How to drink Doc Swinson's Garryana
Neat or on the rocks lets the char and oak lead — a single large cube is enough to open it up without washing out the mash bill's rye spice.

Questions about this bottle
What's the best way to serve Doc Swinson's Garryana?
Serve neat or with a single ice cube in a rocks glass.
What cocktails work well with it?
It works fine in an Old Fashioned or Manhattan if you'd rather mix it than sip it neat.
What's the mash bill in Garryana?
Corn, rye and oats — the oats are unusual and give it a softer, rounder texture than a typical bourbon mash bill.
