This particular whiskey is made from a mash of at least 81 percent corn, 15 percent malted barley, and 4 percent rye. It is aged at least four years in new, charred white oak barrels. It has a pale yellow color, with notes of oaky wood, caramel, and a hint of spice on the nose. On the palate, it is smooth and sweet with hints of vanilla, oak, and honey, finishing long and dry with lingering notes of oak and spice.
