It matures first in single-use bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks, then finishes in Tawny Port wine casks, bottled at 43% ABV, non-chill filtered, with no added color. The Port finish pushes it toward dried fig, plum, and baking spice, layered over the oat-driven creaminess that single pot still whiskey is known for, finishing warm and lightly tannic.
