El Mayor Añejo Cristalino takes a barrel-aged añejo tequila — matured at least a year in oak — and filters it clear, stripping the color while aiming to preserve the caramel and vanilla depth the aging built up. El Mayor is produced at Destiladora San Nicolas in Jalisco using 100% blue Weber agave, and has been part of the Sazerac portfolio since 2019.
