Tres Caidas Amor de Maguey Espadin Joven is an artisanal Oaxacan mezcal made from Espadin, the most widely cultivated agave for mezcal production because it matures faster than wild varieties while still delivering full agave character. The agave is roasted in an earthen pit, milled, fermented in open wood or stone vats, and distilled in small copper stills, giving it the rustic, smoke-driven profile the category is known for. Expect roasted agave and campfire smoke up front, citrus and cooked fruit underneath, and a warm, lingering finish. Bottled unaged, it shows Espadin in its most direct, traditional form.
