Umiki is a blended Japanese whisky created by Oregon's House Spirits Distillery, the team behind Westward American Single Malt — making Umiki one of the few Japanese-style whiskies produced outside Japan, by blending imported Japanese whisky with House Spirits' own American whiskey. It's a genre-crossing release built to explore what happens when Japanese blending philosophy meets American whiskey character, rather than a traditional single-country Japanese whisky. Expect a lighter, more approachable style than a heavy bourbon, with the smoothness Japanese blending techniques are known for.

How to drink Umiki
