Pearse Irish Whiskey 7 year 750ml

Pearse 7 Year is an Irish whiskey from the Pearse Lyons Distillery, built inside a restored church in Dublin's Liberties, the old whiskey quarter of the city. Seven years in oak gives it more weight than the entry point of the category without losing the softness Irish whiskey is known for. The nose leads with orchard fruit and vanilla, the palate fills out with honey, toasted barley and a little baking spice, and the finish is clean and gently sweet with a touch of oak drying the edges. Serve it neat in a Glencairn, over a single cube after dinner, or stirred into an Irish whiskey sour.
