Absolut Elyx is a single-estate vodka distilled from winter wheat grown on one specific estate in Ahus, Sweden, and run through a vintage 1921 copper still, a rare, hands-on production approach for a vodka at this scale. That copper contact is credited with giving it a notably smooth, rich texture. Expect a nose of clean grain with a subtle creaminess, a silky, rounded palate with a faint honeyed sweetness, and a smooth, warming finish with very little burn. It's built as a refined sipping vodka as much as a mixing spirit.
