About this bottle
Barr Hill Vodka is made by Caledonia Spirits in Vermont from raw honey rather than grain or potato — a distinctive base most vodka doesn't use. The honey is fermented and distilled, then the vodka is finished with a touch of additional raw honey for a rounder mouthfeel, giving it a naturally soft sweetness that sets it apart from typical grain vodkas. Expect a smoother, less sharp vodka than most, with a faint honey character coming through even after distillation strips out most of the sugar.
How to drink Barr Hill Vodka
Sip it neat or with a single ice cube to notice the honey character directly — it also makes a genuinely different Bee's Knees-style cocktail since the honey is already built in.
