About this bottle
Malvirà Roero Arneis comes from the Roero hills of Piedmont, Italy, made from the Arneis grape, a historically near-extinct white variety that Malvirà and a handful of other producers helped revive. Arneis is typically fermented in stainless steel to preserve its delicate aromatics rather than aged in oak. Expect white flowers, pear and a faint almond note on the nose, a crisp, dry palate with citrus and mineral character, and a clean, refreshing finish. It's a food-friendly Piedmontese white built as an alternative to more common Italian whites like Pinot Grigio.
