Don Julio Blanco is an unaged 100% blue agave tequila, the silver expression that shows the spirit before oak gets a say. Bottled at 80 proof from Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, it pours clear and reads bright: crisp agave on the nose with lemon, lime, and grapefruit behind it, then a light, sweet agave palate and a clean finish.
