Arran Single Malt Scotch Whisky 21 Year is an aged expression from Isle of Arran Distillers, one of Scotland's newer distilleries (founded in the 1990s) located on the Isle of Arran, an island whose whisky isn't as geographically categorized as one of Scotland's five official regions. Arran's house style leans fruity and approachable, and at 21 years, expect that fresh fruit character to have developed into deeper notes of dried fruit, honey, and rich oak. Expect a nose of orchard fruit and honey, a smooth, full palate, and a long, warm finish.
