About this bottle
Asbach is Germany's best-known brandy house, producing Weinbrand (wine brandy) since 1892 from German wine distillates aged in oak. This 15 Year expression is aged well beyond Asbach's standard three-year minimum, giving it a smoother, more complex profile than the brand's entry-level bottling. Expect the dried fruit, nut, and spice character typical of aged wine brandy, with a long, warming finish. This is a good introduction to German brandy for drinkers who mostly know French cognac or Armagnac.
How to drink Asbach 15 Year
