About this bottle
Bollinger Special Cuvée is the house's non-vintage Champagne, nicknamed "The Champagne of 007" for its long-running status as James Bond's on-screen Champagne of choice since the 1970s. It's a Pinot Noir-driven blend built on Bollinger's signature style of barrel fermentation and extended aging on lees, giving it more richness than many non-vintage Champagnes. The nose carries brioche, apple, and light toast, the palate is full-bodied with fine, persistent bubbles, and the finish is long and complex. Good for a special occasion or anyone who wants the actual Bond bottle.
