Candied Bacon

Ingredients

1 pound thick-cut bacon

1/2 cup light brown sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Arrange bacon slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.

4. Sprinkle the bacon with the brown sugar.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the sugar is caramelized.
