About this bottle
Cenote Anejo is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, rested a full 12 months in American oak barrels, taking it right to the border between anejo and reposado where the category rules give it real barrel intensity. It carries the same clean production standards as Cenote's blanco expression, cooked agave and citrus at its core, but layered here with vanilla, caramel, and oak from the extended rest. The finish is smooth and mellow, with barrel character present but not overwhelming the underlying agave.
How to drink Cenote Anejo
Pour it neat or over a single rock, and let the agave and oak balance show without a mixer diluting it.
